What size to choose?
The general rule is that when you sit on a gymnastics ball, your knees should be a bit lower than your pelvis. You should sit on the ball with your back and spine straight and pelvis firmly pressed to the ball. This means your knees should be bent at an angle wider than 90°.
The height of the gymnastics ball can of course be adjusted by how much you inflate it. However, it is best if you follow this table:
Gymnastics Ball Size Table
Your height in cm | Ball Ø in cm |

under 150 | 45 |
150 - 165 | 55 |
165 - 175 | 65 |
