How to use:

Adjust the size of the hoop to your waist circumference so that it’s big enough but not too big (it needs to sit on your hips). After adjust the size, place the anchor with the weight inside the rail and close the hoop. Afterward, throw the weight in the direction which you will be circling your hips and start exercising.
