Thanks to the softer padding and high-quality material, you can punch this bag even without gloves, and it will maintain its shape even after a long practice session.
The base can be filled with either water (can weigh up to 90 kg) or sand (can weigh up to 140 kg), making it extremely stable. As a result, you can practice hard punches/kicks.
