Two exercise machines all in one, this bad boy will help you tone your leg muscles, allowing you to target your thighs, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. Boasting adjustable platforms with supports, it provides an effective and professional workout at any performance level.
The resistance is adjusted by adding/removing weight plates, with the maximum weight being 300 kg. And since the top part of the cover can be unscrewed, you can use both 50-mm 30-mm and 25-mm weight plates. The machine can accommodate users up to 200 kg in weight, which makes it suitable even for the heaviest of users. The rail is tilted at an angle of 45 degrees. Getting from one station to another only takes a couple of seconds – all you have to do is fold up/unfold back supports at either side of the machine, and you’re ready to go.
This setting allows you to perform hack squats, which are good for strengthening not only your legs but also stabilizer muscles and core. The arm, back and head supports are heavily padded to provide ultimate comfort. The machine was designed to spread the load evenly, i.e. not to put more pressure on some muscle groups than others. It’s a prefect alternative to dumbbell squats.
If you want to do leg presses, all you have to do is unfold the back support on the rail and secure it in place. What you’ll get is a sturdy platform with an anti-slip surface that provides a reliable leg support. What’s more, the bottom platform can be adjusted to three different positions, allowing you to find an ideal position for your thigh presses.
On both stations, the weight plates are secured in place with a safety, which is easily reachable from both positions, so you can start/finish your workout while sitting down or standing up.
