The sturdy frame boasts a max load capacity of 120 kg, providing stability during the workout. The short, built-in bench, exercise arms and cable pulley system offer a variety of workout options, with hundreds of available exercises. Fifteen 6-kg weight stack plates are used to adjust the resistance, meaning the max resistance can be as much as 90 kg.
The machine also has a padded seat, which allows you to do seated bench presses and butterflies. Then there’s the adjustable bicep curl preacher pad that allows you to focus on toning your biceps. The back support can be adjusted to 6 different positions, thus allowing you to find an optimum position for your workout. The machine also offers both an upper and lower pulley, a rowing handle and an extension for standing leg raises and curls, respectively.
