The main station features a cable pulley system with a weight stack resistance with a max weight of 70 kg. The exercise arms as well as upper and lower pulley are connected to the weight stacks.
Another separate station features a workout bench and multi-purpose parallel bars. Since the bench can be adjusted to 8 different positions, you can exercise either with dumbbells or with your own body weight. The parallel bars are firmly attached to the frame at the height of 129 cm. And to top it all off, the home gym also features a punching bag which is hung at the height of 95 cm. All parts of the machine boast a max load capacity of 120 kg.
