The Balance Trainer inSPORTline AeroPeanut provides a fun and unique workout experience. Thanks to its atypical shape and practical features, it allows you to effectively exercise your entire body without ever getting bored. Compared to regular balance trainers, it offers much more room and therefore gives you more exercise options. The balance part can be inflated up to 25 cm in height, depending on your preference.
On the other side of the solid base there are swivel handles, which can be adjusted to different grip angles. As a result, you can engage different muscle groups (while doing push-ups or lifting the trainer up). There are more handles on the sides – apart from exercise, those can also be used for moving the trainer from one place to another. As the trainer weighs almost 10 kg, it’s an effective exercise accessory.
However, that’s not all! At either end of the trainer there are holes for attaching resistance bands. So, if you get them, you can get even more out of this great trainer.
