In the AB Roller inSPORTline DR2030, you’re getting a compact-sized home trainer that will help you improve your fitness in a safe manner! Boasting a unique design, this exercise accessory will help you strengthen your core, especially the abs. However, by rolling it along the floor, you will also engage your arms, shoulders and calves.

Two of the roller’s features will catch your eye – the digital screen and the folding construction. The screen allows you to keep track of your exercise time, number of reps and calories burned. It features three exercise modes. The Leisure mode allows you to exercise without a set time; in the Sport mode you set a timer that counts down the time you have left to complete the circuit; and the Training mode counts the number of repetitions. The screen is powered by a USB-C cable, which, unfortunately, is not included.

When you’re done, all you have to do is unscrew the handles, fold down the rear wheels and store the handles in the bottom of the frame. As a result, the roller takes up minimum space when not in use, so you won’t have to worry about finding space for it.
