Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set w/ Bench inSPORTline CEM 180 + 40 cm/30 mm 105 kg

With the Multi-Purpose Bench inSPORTline Hero B30 and a set of plate-loaded dumbbells, you can do bench presses at home as this cost-effective set includes a weightlifting barbell and two single-handed dumbbells. The bench is adjustable and boasts a weight limit of 200 kg. The bench is not huge, though, so it won’t take up much space.

The height of the barbell stand can be adjusted to 5 different positions (from 92 to 112 centimeters), allowing for a comfortable workout. All the bars are 30 mm in diameter, with the barbell being 180 cm long while the two single-handed dumbbells 40 cm. The weight plates included in this set are made of cement with a durable plastic coating. Since the plates are of different weights, they will add more variability to your workout. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces), 2.5-kg (12 pieces) and 15-kg (4 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options. 

You can load up to 105 kg onto the bars. There are also foam handles thanks to which you can do parallel bar push-ups and dips. When you’re done, just fold the bench up and store it away.
