Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set w/ Bench inSPORTline CEM 2 x 20 kg

A workout bench and dumbbells go hand in hand! This cost-effective set offers an adjustable bench AND a pair of plate-loaded, single-handed dumbbells. You can load up to 20 kg onto each dumbbell and effectively exercise your arm, abdominal and back muscles.

The bench has a weight limit of 200 kg. The backrest can be adjusted to 8 different positions while the seat to 5, allowing for a comfortable workout. The adjustment is easy and intuitive – you can do it with one hand. The practical wheels and handle will come in handy when you need to move the bench from one place to another.

The plate-loaded dumbbells consist of two single-handed bars on which you can load the included weight plates. The bars are 30 mm in diameter and 52 cm long. The weight plates included in this set are made of cement with a durable plastic coating. Since the plates are of different weights, they will add more variability to your workout.
