The Single-Handed Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline CEM 2 x 20 KG provides an effective workout that you can easily adjust to your liking. It includes two single-handed bars on which you can load the included weight plates. The bars are 30 mm in diameter and 52 cm long.

The weight plates included in this set are made of cement with a durable plastic coating. Since the plates are of different weights, they will add more variability to your workout. You can choose between 1.25-kg (8 pieces) and 2.5-kg (12 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options. 

The bar axles are chrome-lined and have a plastic, non-slip grip. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included barbell collars.
