The Single-Handed Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline Ruberton 2 x 20 kg includes two short threaded dumbbell bars and a set of rubber-coated steel weight plates. The inSPORTline Ruberton weight plates included in this set are made of high-quality steel with a durable rubber coating which protects them and extends their lifespan. Since the plates are of different weights, they will add more variability to your workout. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces) and 2.5-kg (12 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options.
The bar axles are made from high-quality metal and have steel threads on either side. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included barbell collars.
