The Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline Castblack 160 + 40/30 mm 80 kg allows you to do both single-handed and two-handed exercises and therefore effectively strengthen your upper body. It includes one weightlifting barbell and two single-handed bars on which you can load the included weight plates. The bars are 30 mm in diameter, with the weightlifting one being 160 cm and the two single-handed ones 40 cm long.

Suitable for all plate-loaded dumbbells and barbells with a 30-mm diameter, the Castblack cast iron weight plates feature a special powder coating that makes them rustproof. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces), 2.5-kg (8 pieces), 5-kg (4 pieces) and 10-kg (2 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options.

The bar axles are made from high-quality metal and have steel threads on either side. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included barbell collars.
