Rollable Slide Board Flowin Sport

The concept of "flowing" was developed in cooperation with top Swedish decathletes. It has spread mainly to the area of recovery exercises, where it has also found its place. Flowin is now integrated into other sports, where the main task is to develop good fitness skills. Slide Board Flowin Sport is a training accessory that consists of a board (training area) and a set of small pads that can be attached to your hands, feet, knees or elbows. The whole set includes a transport case, making it easier for you to carry around. During the practice sessions, your own body weight is used as a natural resistance. The exercises have the form of concentrated friction movements, using the friction of pads against the sliding board (see video). This is the main feature of the Flowin board. Slide Board and Accessories Flowin Sport are suitable for group exercises and Pilates, as well as circuit training.
