Option suitable for all punching bags and MultiTrainers. Can carry weight up to 130 kg. The holder ideally spreads all the weight. This holder is attached to the ceiling with screws through four holes. On each arm of the holder there is 1 opening located (width – 5 cm, thickness - 0.5 cm). Bag and MultiTrainer are attached to a solid steel eye that helps to improve the overall quality of the training on punching bag by its practical implementation. Weight of the holder is 660 g.
