The Kidney Self-Heating Waist Belt inSPORTline Avochi is a unique waist belt suitable for both warm and cold weather. When used regularly, it helps you maintain upright posture. The belt can also relieve lower back pain, which is caused by overstressing, poor sitting habits or a lack of movement. Its versatility makes the belt suitable for all kinds of physical activity, everyday use, cycling or motorcycling. The two types of wires (metal and epoxide), which you can place inside the belt, provide excellent back support. The epoxide wires are suitable for everyday use while the metal ones should be used when you need to really support your lower back. The belt can, of course, be used without any wires.

The belt effectively protects the kidney and lower back areas. It’s made of high-quality, breathable nylon that makes it extremely comfortable as it prevents chafing. Thanks to its breathability, the belt wicks sweat away from the skin, keeping your back dry at all times. The belt is secured in place with large Velcro straps, thanks to which it won’t move even during intense physical activity. 

The belt comes with 3 different inserts – one with a pleasant plush surface, one with a pocket and one with self-heating material made of tourmaline fibers with magnets.

The insert with a pocket allows you to place a peat cushion or a gel pack (heated or cold – not included) inside. A heated gel pack helps relieve stiff muscles, improve blood circulation and remove harmful substances that accumulate in the tissues. On the other hand, a cold gel pack should be used when you experience sudden pain as it reduces blood circulation and possible swelling.

The tourmaline insert with magnets serves for self-heating, which occurs during wear. The skin under this pad must be moist for effective heat accumulation and transfer through the tourmaline fibers. Magnets help blood flow to the skin and relieve joint and muscle pain.
