The Recurve Bow inSPORTline Steepchuck is a universal recurve bow that can be used by both right- and left-handers. It features flexible fiberglass limbs and a specially shaped, nylon grip. A recurve bow has tips that curve away from the archer when the bow is unstrung, giving a greater amount of energy and speed to the arrow than a straight-limbed bow, permitting a shorter bow for a given arrow energy. Built-in arrow rests on either side of the grip make aiming a lot easier. The string, as well as the nocking point, are, of course, included. With a length of 64” and a draw force of 28 lbs., this bow is suitable for experienced archers aged 12 and over.
