Apart from its easy-to-store frame, it also features side handles that help simulate walking with trekking poles, allowing you to exercise your upper body in a more effective way. The side handles are height-adjustable (three positions – 91, 103 and 111 cm). On the right handle there’s a control panel with four buttons – start, stop and speed setting. The only thing you need to set is speed (1 – 8 km/h). The easy-to-read LED display shows time, distance, speed and calories burned. The floor castors will make it easy for you to move the treadmill from one place to another while the stand in the back allows you to stow it in a vertical position.
