Amino Acids Nutrend BCAA 2:1:1 Tabs contains essential branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine (BCAA) in the form of tablets. The tablets present a precise and comfortable way to get the right dosage and every tablet contains 1 g of BCAA. Essential branched-chain amino acids are present in the 2:1:1 ratio for L-leucine. During strenuous physical activities, the amino acids disappear, along with other important substances. Amino acids are the building blocks of every protein. A sufficient intake of quality proteins with optimal amino acid mix supports the growth of muscle mass. Branched-chain amino acids are essential substances that must be ingested through nutrition, since they are not produced otherwise.

Recommended dosage: 3 tablets 60 minutes before physical activity, 3 tablets immediately after. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
