The outside of the jar is coated with anti-slip matte gray-green paint which prevents it from slipping out of your hands (e.g. when you are holding it with your gloves on). The jar’s design makes it easy to handle/use. The inside of the jar is lined with an antibacterial thermal layer. You may also appreciate the pressure release valve. When you push the valve down, the air pressure inside the jar evens out, preventing you from getting burned by steam during opening or an accidental explosion. Here are a few tips on what to do if you want to make full use of the jar: If you want to put a hot meal in it, warm it up with hot water for 4 minutes, then empty it and put the meal in. For cold meals, do the same thing, only with cold water.
