Physical activity can lead to electrolyte imbalance and a loss of body fluids, as a result of which an athlete may feel weak and even start cramping. The Salt Caps Nutrend help prevent this from happening and thus improve your performance. This unique mix of electrolytes and vitamins B1 and B5 helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and contributes to electrolyte balance and energy metabolism.

Recommended dosage: During workout days, use 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules approx. 40 minutes before the workout. During the workout, use as needed. When having problems and when preparing for physical activity, take 5 capsules a day for 2 days prior to the workout. The maximum daily dose is 5 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 

Use: Follow the recommended dosage. Swallow the capsules and wash them down with water, not alcohol or dairy drinks. Do not chew! After opening store at the temperature not higher than 25°C and use within 2 months.
