The Endurance Bar Nutrend has a high content of carbohydrates with different energy release speed. It also contains protein in the form of easy-to-digest whey protein concentrate (WPC). Moreover, the Endurance Bar is enriched with vitamins C and E, which help protect cells from oxidative stress. Furthermore, the bar also contains B vitamins and branched chain amino acids (BCAA) with a 2:1:1 ratio of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. The Endurance Bar Nutrend is a nutritionally balanced bar perfect for endurance sports such as endurance cycling, long-distance running, cross-country skiing or Ironman and similar activities.

Recommended dosage:

• Eat in stages during physical activity. Wash each portion down with water.
• If needed, you can eat the bar approx. 20 minutes before physical activity
• 1-2 bars (45g) a day
