L-glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the skeletal muscles. Amino acids are building blocks of all proteins. Consuming quality protein with a balanced spectrum of amino acids supports muscle growth. As there is a decrease of glutamine and other important substances during muscle activity, it needs to be added.
Moreover, L-glutamine is an integral part of complex protein and a major nitrogen carrier. Therefore, a sufficient amount of L-glutamine helps strengthen skeletal muscles while maintaining nitrogen balance. A single dose of NUTREND’s GLUTAMINE contains more L-glutamine than 120g of lean beef, chicken or eggs. Made by fermentation, L-glutamine in the Nutrend products absorbs quickly.
GLUTAMINE is intended for:
- Glutamine addition after strenuous physical activity
- Athletes involved in intensive training
Recommended dosage:
- Training days: the basic daily dose is 5g (2 flat teaspoons) after a training session. You can take another 5g before bedtime.
- Non-training days: you can either skip the dose, or continue to use 5g twice a day. Take the last dose before bedtime.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use: 5g = 2 flat teaspoons (the spoon is not included). Follow the recommended dosage and stir in a sports drink. After opening store at the temperature not higher than 25°C and use within 4 months.
