The Pec Dec Machine Body-Solid GPM65 is a well-balanced machine which allows you to perform chest flyes with maximum freedom. The two machine arms with adjustable load can be used separately, allowing you to exercise only one arm. This machine allows you to perform both pec deck flyes and reverse flyes, helping you strengthen your chest, back and shoulders. This machine was designed to help you build up your pectoral and deltoid muscles. The seat and backrest padding is made of high-density DuraFirm foam which adjusts to the shape of your body. Thanks to the high weight limit and low center of gravity, this machine is well balanced and therefore suitable for intense workout.
