The Amino Acids Nutrend BCAA 4:1:1 – 300 Tablets provides a 4:1:1 ratio of the following essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA): L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine. It is because the human body cannot synthesize L-leucine and therefore it needs to be added in the diet. The BCAA are an integral part of complex protein. A sufficient amount of a high quality protein supports muscle growth. The branched chain amino acids are a suitable dietary supplement during power and/or volume training.

Recommended dosage: dose by weight. Up to 90kg – 6 tabs a day, 90-120kg – 8 tabs a day, over 120kg – 10 tabs a day. To enhance your performance, use half of the daily dose 45-60 minutes before the exercise. To maximize muscle recovery, use the other half of the daily dose immediately after the exercise. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use: follow the recommended dosage. Swallow the tablets with water, not alcohol or dairy drinks. Do not chew! After opening store at the temperature not higher than 25°C and use within 3 months.
