The Nutrend Creatine Compressed Caps – 120 Capsules is micronized creatine in capsule form – unique DRcaps which provide release of the active substance in the appropriate digestive environment. These special capsules are resistant to the acidic environment of the stomach where creatine normally degrades quite quickly. As a result, they allow for the effective use of creatine by the body. Creatine is the main source of energy for muscle contraction. Regular use of creatine helps increase muscle strength and muscle mass.
