Foam Water Dumbbells inSPORTline AquaGon are perfect for body stabilisation, flexibility improving, balance keeping and upper-body training in water. They are made of EVA foam with high density and eight-angle weights increase the resistance while exercising in water. Water dumbbells are used vice versa, that means in opposite direction than normal dumbbells. The goal is not to lift them as high as possible, but contrarily, to push them as deep as possible and overcome the water lifting-up force. Doing the workout, you can train all body parts, which cannot be trained on land. Moreover, water prevents your joints from overloading.
